 Client centered/ Humanistic psychotherapy is also characterized by an emphasis on personal responsibility and choice. Humanistic therapy focuses on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment in which you can explore your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and work towards greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, personal fulfillment, and more authentic and fulfilling sense of self.
